These terms are an agreement between you, and the firm you use PuraTasks for, and PUR4 Studios LLC ("PUR4 Studios", "we"). They cover the puratasks.com website and the PuraTasks app. By using either, you accept them.
Access
Access to the app is by request. We may change, pause or end access at any time. If your firm has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Your data
Your tasks and projects live in your own Notion workspace, and you own them. You are responsible for what you put into them and for keeping backups.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use PuraTasks for anything unlawful
- try to get around the app's security measures
- overload the website, or scrape it at scale
- resell or rent access to PuraTasks without our written agreement
Other services
The app works with services run by others, including Notion and Google. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc., which is not affiliated with and does not endorse PuraTasks.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, PuraTasks is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business. These limits do not apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where the law does not allow them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
